Herbal Medicine Making and Formulation

November 23 from 10 am – 3 pm

Join us for a day of crafting herbal remedies for fall and winter health.

We will explore the art of crafting a formula, blending remedies for immune support, stress relief and nourishing ourselves for the colder months. Students will have the knowledge how to recreate these formulas to create holiday gifts for friends and family and take home remedies for themselves to enjoy.

This class is for those that would like to develop and deepen their confidence with herbal medicine making skills.  Class will be hands-on and experiential so that each student will gain experience in the preparation process.

Preparations will include preparing nourishing and tasty tea blends, fresh and dried plant tinctures, syrups and cremes.

The class is suited for total beginner to intermediate students.  No prior experience is needed.
